The Successful Law Firm Supervisor Program The 'Successful Law Firm Supervisor Program' is designed for those who are new to their position or who have had little or no previous management training, and who want to be more successful in their role. Highly interactive, the sessions are practical and help participants build skills that they can apply immediately. All casework and examples are based on real-life situations from today's law firm environment, tailored to the needs of the participants (all of whom are from law firms).
