Human Rights and Harassment in the Workplace

These sessions can vary in length depending on specific requirements, and will be tailored to each environment. The objectives of this workshop are to help participants:

· Understand the grounds that are considered discriminatory under the Ontario Human Rights Code

· Become aware of what constitutes harassment in the workplace

· Be able to recognize overt and subtle forms of harassment

· Clearly understand your company’s harassment policy

· Understand the company’s complaint process
